Getting information about wallet condition

To get an information about current wallet condition:

  1. Go to Dashboard
  2. Find the "Billing information" card.
  3. Wallet condition will be at the top.
  4. You can check your wallet balance at any time in the "Balance" widget in the header of the websitee.

Pending Credits

This is money after topping up your account that is not yet available because the operation has not been posted.

Pending Debits

This is money blocked for the already performed operations. They have already been deducted from the available funds, but may be refunded when we receive information that the operation has failed. If the operation is successful, they will simply disappear from the pending overdraft. If something is waiting for a long time, i.e. the operation status cannot be determined (unknown state) and you need to contact the support to solve the situation manually.

Available funds

These are funds that can be used to pay the fee for the operations that Qrios API performs and that were commissioned by the developer (and/or his applications). If it is 0, the developer will only be able to perform operations with fee = 0.

Getting information about latest transaction history

To get an information about latest transaction history:

  1. Go to Dashboard
  2. Find the "Billing information" card.
  3. Information about latest transaction history will be in table bellow.

Getting information about monthly summary usage of products and services

To get an information about monthly summary usage of your products and services:

  1. Go to Dashboard
  2. Find the "Usage Summary" card.
  3. The pie chart show summary usage of all your products and services.
  4. The table shows a total usage per product and service.
  5. You can change a month and display historical data from the last 2 years.
