Balance

A fee is charged for operations performed using the Qrios API. Here you can check the current funds that can be used to pay operation fees.

Add funds to Wallet​

Adding funds using External Bank Transfer​

You can initiate the action of adding funds to your wallet in Balance widget or by clicking on the user icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

To add funds to your wallet:

  1. Click the plus icon on the "Balance" widget
  2. You can also click on the user icon to expand the list
  3. And click "Add funds to your wallet"
  1. Select a payment method and enter amount
  2. Click "Go to summary" button
  1. Check the transaction details and accept by clicking the "Confirm the transfer order" button

  1. Transaction details are displayed in the window

  2. Click "Close" button to close the window

  3. Click "Open deposit history" button to go to your wallet transactions history The operation is in "Pending" status, which will change to "Confirmed" when Qrios receives the funds via bank transfer.

Rejecting pending operations​

You can reject the wallet charge order which has the "Pending" status

To reject the order:

  1. Click the Wallet in menu.

  2. Click details action to open the details dialog window of the operation you want to reject

  1. Click "Reject transfer order" button to reject pending order.
